ブラジル南東部、ミナスジェライス州カルモ・デ・ミナス地区に位置するイルマス・ペレイラ農園で栽培された、イエローブルボン種のコーヒーです。
カルモ・デ・ミナスはブラジル国内でも高品質なコーヒーの産地として知られ、昼夜の寒暖差と豊かな自然環境によって、甘みと香りに優れたコーヒーが育まれています。
収穫された完熟チェリーは、果肉の一部を残して乾燥させるパルプドナチュラル製法で精製。果実由来の甘みを引き出しながらも、クリーンで透明感のある味わいに仕上げられています。
当社ではこの豆を中深煎り（シティロースト）を中心に焙煎し、イエローブルボンならではのやわらかな甘みと、ブラジルらしいナッツ感を引き出しました。
口に含むとミルクチョコレートやローストアーモンドを思わせる香ばしさが広がり、やさしいキャラメルのような甘みが続きます。穏やかな酸味とバランスの取れたコクがあり、後味はなめらかで心地よい余韻を残します。

This coffee is produced at Fazenda Irmas Pereira in Carmo de Minas, Minas Gerais, one of Brazil's most respected coffee-growing regions.
Known for its ideal climate and significant day-to-night temperature variations, Carmo de Minas produces coffees with exceptional sweetness, balance, and aroma. The Yellow Bourbon variety grown on this farm showcases the elegant character that has made the region famous among coffee enthusiasts worldwide.
The cherries are processed using the Pulped Natural method, where part of the fruit is removed before drying. This process enhances the coffee's natural sweetness while maintaining a clean and refined cup profile.
We roast this coffee to a medium-dark level (City Roast), highlighting its smooth body, nutty sweetness, and comforting chocolate-like character.
The cup opens with notes of milk chocolate and roasted almonds, followed by gentle caramel sweetness and hints of brown sugar. Its mild acidity and balanced body create a smooth, satisfying finish.
